Falina Stammer

Professional Massage Therapist & Reiki Shaman/Teacher, Sound Healing, & Aromatherapy Student

With over 20 years of experience working alongside Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Herbalists and Yoga Instructors, I’ve learned many things over the years and love sharing the knowledge with my clients.

I am proficient in many massage styles and modalities:

  • Deep Tissue- applying deep pressure to the tight muscles

  • Sports Massage- deep tissue with range of motion

  • Connective tissue- very light touch, I connect this with Myofascial

  • Trigger point- pressure on 1 area and it refers pain to another area

  • Pressure point- pressure on 1 area and only that spot

  • Relaxation- simply that, relaxing with very little discomfort

  • Pre/Post-Natal- Very much catered to the client with very light work and no point work. Deep tissue and point work could induce labor

  • Cupping Therapy- skilled in a variety of techniques to accommodate your situation aiding the myofascial tissue to release

  • NEW~ Myofascial Release I (John F. Barnes’)

  • NEW~ Reflexology with a focus on the feet

I’m also able to mix muscle work with Reiki, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Aromatherapy, Crystal Therapy, and Hypno-Reiki Meditation Therapy in a session.

I’ve been a Reiki Master for 4 years. I trained at Rising Sun Reiki Studios and it took me just under a year to complete my training. I was ready to do the work needed to heal the pain within and open up to my truth. I’m empathic and can see and hear spirit, these are my gifts. As I continue to work on my inner healing, more metaphysical gifts continue to come through.

During a Reiki session, your energy will release what it’s ready to. Nothing is forced or harmful in Reiki. Reiki works with intuition using the clearest ethics and integrity and I personally and professionally uphold these ethics in our work together. My goal is to guide you and be the support your soul needs.

Be the stone that creates ripples of peace when tossed into the water.
