If you use those functionalities on the Site, your information will be shared with those platforms to complete those functions and activities.

●     Third-party advertising purposes, such as advertising on social media platforms (i.e., Facebook and Instagram) to track and categorize your interests and behavior on our Site for the purposes of marketing and advertising to you. It's also important to note that we DO for more see section # 3 allow third-party behavioral tracking.

We aim to make your visit to our Site as safe as possible. The Site uses commercially acceptable methods of security protection to protect your information.  The Site is scanned for security breaches using, for example, malware removal software.

Yes The Company DOES USE social media pixels (Facebook pixels) to track visitors to the Site so we can tailor advertisements towards those visitors on various social media platforms, including: i.e. Facebook, Instagram, etc. The Company reserves the right to use pixels in accordance with the terms of the social media platform.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products, services, or links to articles/blogs/sites on our Site. These third-party sites may or may not have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites and/or their privacy policy (or lack thereof). 11. Password Privacy:

 

While using the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products, you may create a username and/or password for login. It is your responsibility to keep the username and password safe. You are also responsible for any actions which occur through the use of your username/password, whether completed by you directly or through the use of your account. Please log out at the end of each session to prevent any unauthorized use of your account or login information. 

 

You may not share your username/password or login information with anyone other than yourself. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damages as a result of your failure to protect your login information or your unauthorized sharing of same.

 

12. Google analytics:

 

Google's advertising requirements can be summed up by Google's Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for you. We are not currently using Google Ads on the Site, although this may change in the future.

 

We have implemented the following through Google Analytics: Demographics and Interests Reporting.

 

We, along with third-party vendors such as Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our website.

13. California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”):

 

CalOPPA stretches well beyond California to require any person or company that operates websites collecting Personal Information from California viewers/consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared. There IS a link to this Privacy Policy on the footer.

Our Privacy Policy link DOES  include the word 'Privacy' and can easily be found on the page specified above. It is titled "Privacy Policy" very clearly.

 

You will be notified of any Privacy Policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page (see bottom “Updated On” date).

 

 

14. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”):

We do market to, and collect Personal Information from (with parents’ consent), children under the age of 13. If you are a parent of a child who has attempted to use this Site, we have collected the parent's online contact information from the child, and, if such is the case, the name of the child or the parent, in order to obtain the parent's consent.  The parent's consent is required for the collection, use, or disclosure of such Personal Information.  We will not collect, use, or disclose any Personal Information from the child if the parent does not provide such consent. If given the parent’s consent, we use children’s Personal Information in the following ways: To understand the service they are asking for this may include massage therapy, Reiki session, aromatherapy consultation or video trainings .

 

We collect the following type of Personal Information from children younger than 13-years-old: With consent form the parent I require a health form be filled out to ensure professionalism.

Balanced Elements Reiki Training & Bodywork LLC Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with

your purchase, you may return the item within 3 business days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization

(RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, please package the item securely in the

original packaging, if possible, and include all accessories and manuals that were shipped with the

product. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service to ensure that your package arrives safely.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of our decision to approve or reject

your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that you will not receive a full refund at the transition fee will stay with the card reader company.

Balanced Elements Reiki Training & Bodywork LLC is open Mondays, Wednesday Morning/afternoon, Thursdays, Fridays and 2 Saturdays and Sundays a month. To clarify our days of operation, so if the calm comes on a Monday then it may not be completed until the following Monday.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
