Training; the way I teach is to help you go deeper into your own issues and face your deep moments that get buried and help you pull them out to heal aiding you to become more your authetic self. I cater my training to each specfice soul I have to honor of working with.

Deeply excited and humbled to announce that My Understanding Reiki Basics a Coloring Book is complete after much time spent writing and then learning how to self-publish. I connected with two small businesses to bring my vision to YOU.

The original goal was to simply help kids understand the basics of their emotions and energy to give space to feel understood. As I was finishing my Reiki Master Training, I understood how important it is to open up the lines of communication with my own kids, how to help them understand their feelings and how they matter, and how to be respectful to others. My students began to see the progress and asked for copies as well, so the idea to create it for all ages was born! The book is filled with 37 pages of illustrations of people, animals, nature, chakras, boundaries, and the list goes on!

My teaching style is highly personalized for each of my students. This way I can construct lessons and provide personal guidance so my students can achieve both my goals for them and their own. I am able to teach Level 1, 2, 3, and Master.

Before you book, I want to make sure I am the right teacher for you. We can do this by getting to know each other personally and spiritually through at least 4 sessions of either 60 minutes of booked Massage/Reiki sessions with me.

I’m opening up teaching to 4 new students if you are interested in Level 1 Training. This is to ensure that each student gets the attention needed as I guide you through this process. Take your time as there is no need to rush this experience. Please understand that the way I teach is to help you learn how to dive into yourself and understand how to heal old and new emotional trauma. It’s not a quit fix and not something to take lightly, if this intrigues you and you haven’t booked your first 4 sessions with me yet I suggest you get on that.

This is an in-person one on one setting as emotions are very personal & private.
I will then provide a reading list for self study with the homework of a short reflective essay explaining your understanding of what you read. Understanding Reiki Basics a Coloring Book written by Falina Stammer, illustrated by Monica Lhotka 2022, if you are interested you can get a copy 50% off.
Finally, we will meet in-person for your attunement. This is a 2 hour block as not only will you be attuned, but you have one-on-one hands-on learning and practice.
To move on to the next Level you will be required to do at least 2 months worth of Mentorships during this process I will meet with you once a week over zoom or in-person for 60 minutes to understand your goals and guide you through and blocks you maybe experiencing during this your training. Together, we’ll come up with a very personalized plan to help you reach your specfice goals. This will allow me to understand when you are fully ready for the next step. I include Oracle readings to assist in your guidence followed by a reiki session to focus in on any energetic blocks. With our connection of mentor and student I energeticly listen to how best to guide you through this process. This is a high honor that I don’t take lighly.

I cannot provide a base layout as I will create one from the ground-up for each student. I create these lessons based on how each student learns, their personality, what gifts they have and so much more. However, you can expect a lot of one-on-one learning as well as co-teaching some classes.
I understand my style is not the best fit for everyone. Please look here to find a Reiki Master out there that feels best for your situation.

Honestly this course is for both youth and parent as the parent will need to be involved and be available for discussion. Your parent is required to experience the lecture, book club, field trip, attunement and 4 sessions. Part, because you are a minor and it’s important to open up communication between you and your parent.
Before I consider working with You, you will need to have at least (4) 30 or 60 minute session with me. This ensures me weather or not you and your parent are ready for this step.
When I agree to work with you that means in know you are ready to THRIVE!
To start we will meet for 2 hours for the lecture. You will be required to buy 3 books for this class, which we will go over and read together. You will NOT HAVE HOMEWORK as school and afterschool activities are enough. ALL THE WORK WILL BE DONE TOGETHER. There is no rush in getting through the book club reading. We will schedule as many 2 hour sessions as it takes. Because the reading will create discussion and time to reflect on what was read and how it links to the lecture.
This training will be broken up into 4 sections:
2 hour lecture with Q&A
2 hour Book Club Sessions to Read/Write/Reflect There may be up to 11 Book Club Sessions this may take 6 months to complete. There will be Field Trips during this 6 months of study to give real life experience to understanding your gifts while at Crystal Shops, State Parks, Garden Centers and Wild Life Organizations. (Once done, a very special Field Trip! Geared towards the student/s completing this first step)
Attunement to 1 symbol and Practice your skills on your master for 30 minutes. Plus, a congratulation gift box full of tools specifically picked out just for you as you move forward and begin to trust your gifts.
(4) 60 minute sessions to help you understand more about your emotions and to just pick my brain. Each session will either be You get 60 minutes with me doing Reiki on you and talking things through or 50/50 session. 50/50 session is we split 60 minutes up. I would do reiki on You for 30 minutes and then you Practice Reiki on me for 30 minutes.
