I have a vast collection of crystals and minerals to use alongside your metaphysical healing. The frequency of the crystal will assist in the healing of your energy. I do this by placing various crystals and minerals around your body. If you are comfortable with it I can even place them on top of your body.

I am attuned to my singing bowls which means they are an extension of my energy to aid in your emotional release. Sound Healing can offer Sonic Massage, meaning massaging your energy down to the cellular level.

Please note: If you have an electronic device in your body (i.e. pacemaker) please do not choose this add-on. The bowls will disrupt the vibration of the pacemaker or other electrical devices you may have.

I have over 40+ different aromatherapy oils. I’ll use 1-5 different essential oils during your session along with the knowledge I have gained while working towards my certification as an aromatherapist.

Please note: If you know or think you are allergic to any ingredients in aromatherapy products, please let me know before the session starts or do not request this add-on.

If you are curious about taking your blend home, I can make you a bottle to take home for an additional fee. Just let me know!

I have a vast selection of glass and silicone cups that allow me to adapt to your body’s needs during the session. Skilled in many technique’s to deeply flush the myofascial tissue in the body allowing you to release tension. I use medical grade disinfectant with all my cups to ensure cleanliness between clients.

This very special and one of a kind hypnosis was created by Jennifer Mattao-Holtz (Enlightened Hypnotherapy) and myself and is exclusive to my practice. It uses voice, sounds, and music, alongside my gifts as a Reiki Master and Massage Therapist to help release stress and deepen your healing experience. This aids in helping your energy and muscle to let go of emotional tension.

Wedges are used for bodywork support during your session. Using these tools allows your body to be held during deep releases in the lower back and pelvic floor. Aids in reducing nerve impingement as well.
