All clearings require a 15 minute phone consultation to assess the situation of the environment in question. You are required to read the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Disclaimer from Balanced Elements RTB and the form linked with this distance scan before an appointment can be scheduled.

Once we gain understanding of your environment or location we will email our findings to you along with your personalized payment plan. Once you respond and confirm you want to move forward with the clearing we will be in touch to set a date and time.
We offer clearings for SINGLE items and FULL properties.
SINGLE item is $200.00
FULL property:
$430.00 (tax included) for one home and $220.00 (tax included) for any additional structures such as work or storage sheds, barns, garages, guest housing, etc.
$2.00 per mile (Lexie & Falina drive separately depending on your location or they will find the best way to carpool).
In the case that your situation is able to be done remotely, you wouldn’t be charged for mileage. You would be charged shipping fees for the Clearing Gift Box of tools to keep your property balanced and clear!
We have decided to create this easy payment plan to assist you through this process.
First payment is through VENMO to both Lexie and Falina at the time of scheduling your clearing.
Second payment is through VENMO to both Lexie and Falina once the clearing is completed.
This payment process is the easiest way for us to keep out records organized and separate for business purpose.
I have put together a Clearing Gift Box of tools that I will talk you through on how to use. The following has been handcrafted by Falina and may be included in your Clearing Gift Box.
Crystal Protection Kit with instruction on how to place them correctly.
Palo Santo or Sage Stick depending on your situation.
Moon Water for additional blessings.
Reiki Infused Protection Candle (made under a full moon)
A home clearing may take up to one hour. This is then followed up by roughly thirty minutes of explanation of what we experienced and removed. The clearing includes balancing and blessing of your home and property, verbal explanation and summary our findings, written/verbal teachings and instructions for continued energy maintenance, and tools for your unique situation. Lexie and I will both go over how to help notice shifts in energy in your environment so that you can be aware of how to maintain your energy and the success of the clearing and not invite uninvited and unwanted energy to disturb your home.
Lexie and I work together to remove any stagnant, misplaced, or unwanted energy that is in question and work to remove and bring balance and harmony to your environment. We will bring all tools necessary to complete the clearing. We will travel to the location and bring all tools necessary for the situation. Please know that some tools produce noise and a small amount of smoke. Once the clearing is complete, both Lexie and I will talk about and explain our experiences during the clearing as well as answer any questions you may have. We will also provide advice, and brief teachings on how to maintain your energetic space.
If you have any pets and you would like Lexie to communicate and offer support to them during the clearing please let us know. Our animas are very aware of what goes on around our homes and might have some very helpful insight into your situation.
