Simply wear comfortable clothing and we will provide the; Mat, Moon water, Pillows, Yoga blocks & Blankets.
Cancelation Policy: In-person or Virtual, we require you to prepay and if you need to cancel that you give notice no later then 10am the day of class. This gives time for other interested clients to attend class. There will be no refunds or roll-overs all sales are final. Thank you for respecting our policy.

Parking in the spacious lot that’s behind the building or along Broadway in front of the studio. There isn’t a back door you’ll have to enter the studio form Broadway.
