I’ve been a Reiki Master/Shaman for 4 years. I trained at Rising Sun Reiki Studios and it took me just under a year to complete my training(this fast track, isn’t normal for all). My gifts include being empathic and having the ability to see and hear spirit. During a Reiki session, I will use my energy and intuition to connect with your own energy in order to help your body release and heal. Your energy will release what it’s ready to release. Nothing is forced as you, the client are in complete control. My job is to help guide what is at the surface of your energy. Reiki works with intuition using ethics and integrity and I uphold these in my sessions. I also keep working to understand my own intuitive gifts so I can bring even greater healing to my clients. Through my own inner healing is when I discovered that I’m a Shaman, and that it’s time for me to honor that truth. As it’s important to honor spirit and to be respectful, I sat with this truth for a long time before I felt comfort sharing it.
Meditative Relief is inspired by understanding the healing importance of touch while also aiding the mind to release what can be hiding in the subconscious. As when a person goes through trauma our subconscious can create blocks along the way to help us survive instead of thrive. The more you listen to the meditation though sound canceling headphones the more your mind will become comfortable with the experience and begin to trust the process. Once the 30 minute meditation is done I will remove the headphones and share with your what I experienced and you are free to share and your experience this way you have time to understand what you may have felt.

Hypno-Reiki Meditation Therapy is a wonderful tool to enhance your Reiki session. Through sound canceling head phones you are able to listen to this guided meditation while I connect with your energy through Reiki. During these sessions I can help guided your energy to understand that you are in control allowing your mind, body and spirit let go of what you are ready to release.
Within these sessions you will be fully clothed, laying on my massage table. As you listen to the guided meditation I will connect with your energy. Guiding what is at the surface and if you have a specific goal in mind I’ll be working on finding its root, provided your energy allows. I will pull in one or more add-ons as your energy and guides instruct me to do so. TOUCH IS AN OPTION. I can hover over you or gently touch your body (avoiding private areas, as that is sacred space)
Hypno-Reiki Meditation is exclusive through my Practice as I created it with the help of Jennifer Matto-Holtz (Hypnotherapist) This meditations becomes a Therapy once you add it to your session. To deepen the emotional release during your session I have found singing bowls, aromatherapy and crystals to be extremely effective with clients when going through hard healing moments.
Reiki Sessions can be modified with Add-ons. I encourage everyone to take a look as these can really enhance the healing experience.
